All driveways require a Driveway Permit from the Highway Superintendent
in order to assure compliance with Town standards and guidelines. A copy of the application for a Driveway Permit may
be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Completed applications should either be mailed to the Highway Superintendent
at the address noted on the application or emailed to the address above. Any questions about this process should
